01 Who We Are

Our website address is: https://santoshcartravels.in.

When visitors leave comments on our website, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor's IP address and browser user-agent string to help detect spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it. The Gravatar privacy policy is available at Automattic Privacy Policy.

After your comment is approved, your profile picture may be visible to the public alongside your comment.

03 Media

If you upload images to this website, avoid uploading images that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors may be able to download images and extract location data from them.

04 Cookies

If you leave a comment on our website, you may choose to save your name, email address and website in cookies for convenience. These cookies last for one year.

If you visit our login page, a temporary cookie may be set to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, cookies may save your login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, while screen-option cookies last for one year. Selecting "Remember Me" keeps your login active for two weeks. Logging out removes login cookies.

If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie may be saved in your browser. It contains no personal data and indicates the post ID of the article edited. It expires after one day.

05 Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles on this website may include embedded content such as videos, images or articles. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the same way as if you visited those websites directly.

Those websites may collect data about you, use cookies, include additional third-party tracking and monitor your interaction with their embedded content, including when you are logged in to an account on that website.

06 Who We Share Your Data With

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the password-reset email.

07 How Long We Retain Your Data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata may be retained indefinitely. This helps us recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website, we store the personal information provided in their user profile. Users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time, except for their username. Website administrators can also view and edit that information.

08 What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on this website or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including information you provided.

You can also request that we erase personal data we hold about you. This does not include data we must retain for administrative, legal or security purposes.

09 Where Your Data Is Sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam-detection service.
