01 Booking & Journey Details

• Customers should provide the pickup location, destination, travel date, pickup time and passenger count.
• Please mention the preferred vehicle category and any special travel requirements before confirmation.
• Starting and ending kilometres may be applicable according to the confirmed package.
• Changes to the route, travel duration or itinerary should be discussed with our team.

02 Tariffs & Fare Calculation

• Fares depend on the selected vehicle, journey distance, duration and package.
• Local packages may have specific hour and kilometre limits.
• Outstation trips may have minimum kilometre requirements. A minimum one-way coverage of 130 km applies where specified in the quotation.
• Customers should check the final quotation to understand which charges are included and which are payable separately.

03 Tolls, Parking & Permits

• Toll fees are additional unless the quotation specifically states otherwise. Toll payments may be processed through FASTag.
• Interstate permit charges are extra where applicable.
• Hill charges and parking fees may be additional depending on the route and destination.
• Please check your quotation for the treatment of each applicable charge before travel.

04 Driver Charges & Breaks

• Driver charges will be as stated in the confirmed quotation.
• Additional driver charges may apply for late-night travel. The applicable timing and amount should be confirmed before booking.
• Tea and food breaks are not charged separately under the stated tariff terms, subject to the confirmed package.
• Customers should discuss extended waiting time or itinerary changes with the team.

05 Payment Terms

• Payment can be made online or in cash, as agreed during booking.
• Any advance payment or remaining balance will follow the arrangement communicated at confirmation.
• Additional charges, where applicable, should be settled according to the agreed payment terms.
• Please retain your booking confirmation and payment details for reference.

06 Cancellation & Changes

• Our stated tariff terms indicate no cancellation charges.
• If you need to cancel or modify a booking, contact Santhosh Car Travels as early as possible.
• Any refund or adjustment of an amount already paid should be confirmed with our team at the time of cancellation.
• Changes to the date, route, vehicle or duration may affect availability and the final fare.

07 Vehicle & Passenger Responsibilities

• Customers should provide an accurate passenger count and select a vehicle suitable for their group and luggage.
• Please inform us in advance about additional luggage, a luggage carrier or special requirements.
• A luggage carrier charge of ₹400 applies when specified in the quotation.
• Pet-related charges may apply where relevant and should be discussed before booking.
• Passengers are expected to treat the vehicle and driver respectfully and follow applicable safety requirements.

08 Airport Transfers

Pickup and drop services for Gannavaram Airport are available. Customers should share their flight details, arrival or departure time, passenger count and pickup instructions when making a booking. Any applicable fare and additional charges will be communicated during confirmation.

09 Travel Delays & Itinerary Changes

Traffic, weather, road restrictions and other travel conditions may affect journey timings. Customers should allow sufficient time for airport transfers and important appointments. Please discuss additional stops, route changes or extended travel duration with our team, as these may affect the fare.
